Home Exercise Program
As part of your personal plan, an individualized exercise program will be prescribed. Performing exercises and consistently at home will help to achieve your goals for improved alignment, posture, mobility, stability, and balance. Your home exercise participation will further enhance your healing process, and empower you with tools to independently relieve your symptoms.
